Report a problem with your order or a product

Would you like to report a problem with your product?

If you notice a problem with your purchased product - whether it is a material defect, technical problem or transportation damage - please contact us as soon as possible. We will endeavor to find a solution together with you as quickly as possible.

Transport and packaging damage

Please pay close attention to possible transport or packaging damage upon delivery. If it is already apparent on delivery that your product is not in perfect condition (e.g. broken glass, scratches, dents etc.), please do not refuse to accept it. We ask you to document the damage together with the driver of the transport company. Check the delivery carefully and please inform us of any damage found (ideally with pictures). Please use the support form below or send us an e-mail stating your order, contract or invoice number to info@mg-solar-shop.com.

Shortages and incorrect deliveries

If you have accidentally received too small a quantity or even the wrong item, please let us know. Please use the support form below or send us an e-mail stating your order, order or invoice number to info@mg-solar-shop.com.

Defective product

To report a defect, please use our form at the bottom of the page. After submitting the form, you will receive a reply from us within a short time with an RMA number and explanations on how to proceed.

Please provide as detailed a description of the fault as possible (ideally with pictures) to speed up processing. You then do not have to enclose the fault description with the package again.
