Dyness STACK100 Pro Battery Module 5.12 kWh HV51100
Individual expansion module for the Dyness STACK100 Pro – 5.12 kWh lithium iron phosphate, cable-free stacking, integrated heating function.
The Dyness STACK100 Pro Battery Module HV51100 is the individual module for the modular Dyness STACK100 Pro high-voltage battery storage system. As an expansion module for photovoltaic systems, it enables flexible adjustment of storage capacity to individual self-consumption needs – whether as a home storage or for commercial applications. With 5.12 kWh capacity per module, a cluster can be expanded to up to 76.8 kWh (15 modules) – the maximum usable number of modules depends on the inverter used. A cluster requires a minimum of 3 modules. The rack-free, cable-free stacking design allows quick and straightforward expansion of an existing STACK100 Pro system. Modules with different production dates can be freely combined within 3 years of initial purchase – for maximum flexibility when expanding your solar energy storage solution. For configurations of 8 or more modules or where installation height is limited, Dyness recommends a Dyness STACK100 Pro Extend Box, which allows a second tower to be operated via a single BDU.
Features
- Near-silent operation: Natural convection cooling without an active fan – minimal noise emissions during operation.
- Integrated heating function: Reliable operation even at low temperatures.
- Cable-free stacking: Plug-and-Play – a cluster can be assembled in approximately 30 minutes (manufacturer specification).
- 1C charge rate: Full charge and discharge power within one hour – ideal for peak load management and frequency regulation.
- Flexibly expandable: Scalable up to 921.6 kWh (inverter-dependent) – parallel connection via DC circuit breaker recommended.
- Safety protection: LFP technology, integrated BMS, IP66, pressure relief valve, aerosol fire extinguisher, temperature sensor.
Advantages over the Dyness STACK100
The STACK100 Pro offers several key improvements over the standard model: The IP66 protection rating enables use in more humid environments and protected outdoor areas, while the STACK100 only achieves IP20. Thanks to natural convection cooling, the Pro operates without an active fan and is therefore near-silent. In addition, the Pro features enhanced safety protection including a pressure relief valve, aerosol fire extinguisher and temperature sensor. The Pro also includes an integrated heating function for reliable operation at low temperatures.
