Dyness STACK100 Pro Battery Storage 25.6 kWh – STACK100 Pro-5S
Modular high-voltage commercial storage with 25.6 kWh lithium iron phosphate capacity – stackable, integrated heating function, expandable up to 921.6 kWh – for large residential, commercial and industrial applications.
The Dyness STACK100 Pro-5S is a highly scalable high-voltage battery storage system for photovoltaic installations based on proven lithium iron phosphate technology – ideal for storing solar energy and maximising self-consumption, whether as a home storage, residential PV storage or commercial battery system. The rack-free, freely stackable design requires no internal wiring – a cluster of 5 modules can be installed in approximately 30 minutes according to the manufacturer. Thanks to natural convection cooling, the system operates without active ventilation and is therefore near-silent. Via RS485 or CAN, the STACK100 Pro communicates with a wide range of hybrid inverters, including Kostal, GoodWe and Solis, enabling fully automatic self-consumption optimisation and – in combination with a compatible inverter – time-based charging based on dynamic electricity tariffs. The system can be expanded at any time with additional modules and up to 12 parallel clusters to a total of 921.6 kWh – the maximum usable number of modules depends on the inverter used. On-grid and off-grid operation (island mode) as well as backup power are possible, subject to inverter compatibility. Modules with different production dates can be freely combined within 3 years of initial purchase.
Scope of Delivery
- 5× Dyness STACK100 Pro Battery Module S51100pro (5.12 kWh each)
- 1× Dyness BDU (Battery Distribution Unit) incl. WLAN monitoring & Base (base unit)
- All necessary connection cables (approx. 2 m) and mounting hardware
- Not included: Dyness STACK100 Pro Extend Box (recommended from 8 modules or where installation height is limited)
For larger configurations from 8 modules, Dyness recommends a Dyness STACK100 Pro Extend Box – this allows a second tower to be connected, both managed by a single BDU. All necessary cables are included.
Features
- Near-silent operation: Natural convection cooling without an active fan – minimal noise emissions during operation.
- Integrated heating function: Reliable operation even at low temperatures.
- Plug-and-Play installation: Cable-free stacking – a cluster can be assembled in approximately 30 minutes (manufacturer specification).
- 1C charge rate: Full charge and discharge power within one hour – ideal for peak load management and frequency regulation.
- Flexibly expandable: Scalable up to 921.6 kWh – parallel connection via DC circuit breaker recommended.
- Safety protection: LFP technology, integrated BMS, IP66, pressure relief valve, aerosol fire extinguisher, temperature sensor.
- WLAN monitoring: Convenient remote monitoring and control via the Dyness App.
Advantages over the Dyness STACK100
The STACK100 Pro offers several key improvements over the standard model: The IP66 protection rating enables use in more humid environments and protected outdoor areas, while the STACK100 only achieves IP20. Thanks to natural convection cooling, the Pro operates without an active fan and is therefore near-silent. In addition, the Pro features enhanced safety protection including a pressure relief valve, aerosol fire extinguisher and temperature sensor. The Pro also includes an integrated heating function for reliable operation at low temperatures.
