Fronius Symo GEN24 12.0 SC Plus Hybrid Inverter
The three-phase Symo GEN24 12.0 SC (Plus) is the latest member of the GEN24 family from Fronius. Like its smaller brothers, the Symo GEN24 SC is already available as a fully-qualified hybrid inverter (GEN24 SC Plus) or battery-ready (GEN24 SC). The "Plus" makes the difference here. You decide for yourself whether and when you want to use the battery function by means of an activation code. The smart PV-Point emergency power connection with a maximum output power of 3 kW is active in every version and can now also be used in continuous operation with a small retrofit. All other functions and interfaces remain as good as ever. Thanks to its high input current, the Symo GEN24 SC (Plus) is compatible with modern high-performance modules. The DC side can also be oversized by up to 150%. For additional security of supply, a backup power supply for the household can be set up via an additional switching device in the event of a power failure. Self-consumption can be further increased by including additional consumers, for example in the field of e-mobility with the Fronius Wattpilot or in the field of heating with the Fronius Ohmpilot.
