With K2 Systems mounting kits, you can install solar modules quickly and securely on standard pitched roofs. These preconfigured complete kits reduce planning effort and can be combined with one another. The modules are clamped on the long side of the module. The 8 × 100 mm teller head wood construction screw with ETA approval enables fast and secure installation of roof hooks without pre-drilling. Thanks to its full thread and T-Drive (T40) design, the screw provides high holding strength, optimal power transmission and a reliable connection. It was specially developed for fastening roof hooks to rafters and is ideal for professional photovoltaic mounting systems.
K2 Universal Mid and End Clamps
The black anodized K2 Universal mid and end clamps enable the secure and durable fastening of solar modules with frame heights from 25 to 40 mm. Thanks to their universal design, they are compatible with various K2 mounting systems such as MiniRail, SingleRail and SolidRail. The high-quality anodized finish provides a modern appearance, reliable corrosion protection and a permanently stable connection within the PV mounting structure.
K2 SingleHook 4S Roof Hook
The K2 SingleHook 4S roof hook offers maximum flexibility with three height adjustment options in the base plate (40, 47 and 54 mm) and an additional 30 mm adjustment range on the bracket. The total height adjustment from 120.5 to 165.1 mm allows optimal adaptation to different roof conditions. The roof hook is suitable for rafters from 48 mm and can also be used on narrower rafters from 36 mm with the appropriate wood construction screw. The pre-assembled Climber 36/50 unit enables quick installation of K2 SingleRail and CrossRail mounting rails.
K2 EndCap for SingleRail Mounting Rails
The K2 EndCap provides a clean and secure finish for K2 SingleRail 36, SingleRail 36 Light and CrossRail 36 mounting rails. It protects the rail ends from dirt and improves the overall appearance of the photovoltaic mounting structure. Made from glass fiber reinforced polyamide (PA 6), it offers high stability, weather resistance and a long service life for permanent use in PV mounting systems.
K2 BlackCover – Rail Cover for an Elegant PV Design
The K2 BlackCover plastic rail cover gives photovoltaic systems a premium and uniform appearance. It is an attractive alternative to black anodized mounting rails and, together with the K2 EndCap for SingleRail 36, creates a harmonious full-black design. The cover is perfectly suited for black solar modules as well as modern roof tiles and improves the visual integration of the PV system on the roof.
