The preconfigured emergency power solution for the Kaco blueplanet hybrid 6.0–12.0 NH3 inverters offers maximum safety and comfort during power outages. With the 63A emergency power box, you can make optimal use of your hybrid system’s backup connection and automatically supply essential consumers such as refrigerators, heating controls, or internet routers with power. Thanks to the integrated emergency power switch, additional circuits can be manually activated when needed and safely disconnected from the grid. The solution is ready for immediate use, increases the reliability of your energy system, and ensures that your home continues to run smoothly even in emergency situations.

Safety Instructions:

  1. Installation by qualified personnel: Installation must only be carried out by qualified electricians or other qualified personnel.
  2. Work with the system switched off: Switch off all power sources (AC and DC) and verify that the system is de-energized before installation.
  3. Ensure grounding: The inverter and the entire system must be properly grounded to ensure safety.
  4. Ensure ventilation: Install the inverter in a well-ventilated location to prevent overheating. Observe the minimum clearances recommended by the manufacturer.
  5. No contact with flammable materials: The inverter must not be installed near flammable or explosive materials.
  6. High voltage hazard: Inverters operate at high DC and AC voltages. Do not touch any exposed wires or connectors.
  7. Use correct cables: Use only cables and connectors recommended or certified by the manufacturer.
  8. Observe polarity: Ensure the DC side is connected with correct polarity to avoid damage to the device.
  9. Do not work while connected: Never open or work on the inverter while it is live.
  10. Install surge protection: Protect the inverter and system from surges by installing surge protection devices and appropriate fuses.
  11. Ensure the device is de-energized: Before any maintenance or repair, all power sources must be disconnected and verified to be de-energized.
  12. No modifications: Unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs, as well as opening the product, are prohibited.
  13. Protect from water and moisture: Install the inverter in an environment protected from rain, condensation, and high humidity.
  14. Avoid dust and contamination: Keep the inverter free from dust, insects, and other contaminants.
