The storage system, consisting of the BYD HVS 7.7, the Kostal PLENTICORE plus G2 8.5, and the Kostal Smart Energy Meter G2 (KSEM), is the ideal solution for system operators looking to increase their self-consumption. The award-winning BYD HVS 7.7 high-voltage battery with a capacity of 7.68 kWh stands out due to its modular design, which can be flexibly adapted to meet individual energy needs if required. Thanks to lithium iron phosphate technology, it also offers high safety and a long lifespan. Together with the Kostal PLENTICORE plus G2 8.5, the system features a powerful hybrid inverter with 3 MPP trackers for configuring almost any roof, an extended MPP range, and self-learning shade management. The activation code to unlock the optional battery input is, of course, included with the storage system. The Kostal Smart Energy Meter G2 acts as the system's intelligence, monitoring and optimizing energy flow within the household. Through the integrated data logger, it continuously sends yield data to the KOSTAL Solar Portal, where the data is optimally visualized. The second-generation PLENTICORE plus also features three additional switching outputs for load control.
