Luxor Eco Line Secure 460 Wp TOPCon Double Glass Bifacial Non-Reflect Solar Panel LD16969
The Luxor Eco Line Secure is a high-quality bifacial double glass solar panel of the latest generation, based on the modern N-Type TOPCon technology. This enables an exceptionally high output of 460 watts and ensures that the panel reliably generates electricity even on cloudy days or during morning and evening hours. The Eco Line Secure is Luxor Solar's premium line for demanding installations. As a German warrantor, Luxor Solar backs the 30-year warranty directly – with no third parties involved.
The panel is built with a robust glass-glass construction. This means: instead of a plastic film on the back, a second pane of glass is used. This protects the panel significantly better against moisture, UV radiation and mechanical stress – resulting in a considerably longer service life than conventional panels.
The panel is also exceptionally resistant to mechanical stress, withstanding snow loads of up to 6,000 Pa and wind loads of up to 4,000 Pa – certified and tested. Additionally, it is certified to Hail Class 4, corresponding to a hailstone diameter of 45 mm at an impact velocity of 110.5 km/h. With a 30-year product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty, as well as a guaranteed output of at least 89 % after 30 years, performance remains exceptionally stable throughout the entire service life.
What is Non-Reflect Technology?
The Luxor Eco Line Secure is equipped with a special Non-Reflect glass – a 3.2 mm semi-tempered solar glass with a unique surface coating. This coating reduces light reflection on the module surface to a minimum, allowing more sunlight to actually penetrate the cells and be converted into electricity.
The effect is particularly noticeable at low angles of incidence – such as in the morning, evening or winter: while conventional glass reflects a large proportion of light in these situations, the Non-Reflect glass keeps significantly more energy usable. The result: higher overall yields throughout the year. In addition, the glass meets the requirements of DIN 18008 (ABZ/ABG: Z-70.3-306), making it approved for demanding installations such as overhead glazing – a decisive advantage for installers and architects looking to integrate solar panels into facades, carports or glass roofs.
Features:
- 460 Wp output & up to 23.35 % efficiency – latest N-Type TOPCon technology
- Bifacial double glass – utilises light from both front and rear for up to 20 % additional yield
- Non-Reflect special glass – less reflection, more yield in low-light conditions
- Hail Class 4 – certified up to 45 mm hailstone diameter / 110.5 km/h
- Overhead glazing approved – certified to DIN 18008 / Fire Safety Class A
- 30-year product & performance warranty – min. 89 % output after 30 years

Safety Instructions:
1. Installation by Professionals: Installation should only be carried out by qualified and authorized professionals.2. Use of Protective Equipment: When handling PV modules, wear appropriate protective equipment such as gloves and safety goggles.
3. Secure Work Area: Do not work in adverse weather conditions, particularly rain, snow, or strong winds.
4. Use Covering: Cover the modules during installation to minimize power generation.
5. Fastening and Load Capacity: Ensure that the substructure can safely support loads from wind, snow, and other environmental factors.
6. Contact Protection: Do not touch exposed electrical contacts or cable ends.
7. No Handling with Wet Hands: Never work with electrical connections or components if your hands are wet.
8. Use Appropriate Tools: Use insulated tools and measure the voltage of the modules before making connections.
9. Grounding: Ensure that the system is properly grounded to avoid electric shocks or overvoltage damage.
10. No System Modifications: Do not modify the system without consulting a professional or the manufacturer.
