For deliveries within Germany, the following payment methods are available:

Prepayment / Bank Transfer (2% Discount)

You transfer the purchase amount in advance after placing your order and receiving our order confirmation. We ship the goods immediately after payment is received. During the order process, we will send you our bank details and the payment reference separately by email.

If your order contains items that are not currently in stock, we will inform you of the expected availability together with our order confirmation.

PayPal

You can conveniently pay via PayPal when placing your order and have the goods delivered to your home. During checkout, you authorize us to collect the order amount via PayPal. The payment is not processed automatically. If changes are required before we capture the payment, we can adjust the amount downward. Increasing the authorized amount is not possible. In such cases, we will cancel your authorization completely and send you a new PayPal payment request.

If you wish to cancel an order shortly after placing it, we can also cancel or delete the authorized payment directly. In that case, no payment or refund will be processed.

Invoice

Payment by invoice is only available for government agencies and public institutions. The invoice amount must be paid within 7 days.

Please note: For self-collection orders, please do not visit without having placed an order in advance and receiving confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. After your order is placed, it will be prepared in our warehouse. We will notify you by email (or phone) once your order is ready for collection.
