SMA Backup 3P Kit for Sunny Boy Smart Energy BU-SBSE-3P-50
Powerful and reliable backup power supply
The SMA Backup 3P Kit offers a powerful and automatic, reliable backup power solution that supplies your home completely on all 3 phases in the event of a power failure thanks to phase coupling. In the event of a power failure, the system supplies single-phase consumers on all three phases of the house connection via the 1-phase hybrid inverter Sunny Boy Smart Energy (SB-SExx-50 in the TN-C-S network). Thanks to the phase coupling, high single-phase loads can be operated on all phases, only three-phase consumers remain without supply. The SMA Backup 3P Kit can be easily integrated into the existing meter cabinet without having to replace it. During parallel grid operation, energy consumption is extremely low and is less than 1 W. Thanks to the automatic switching between grid and backup power operation, house residents are always well supplied even in the event of a power failure.
Flexible
- Compatible with the Sunny Boy Smart Energy in the TN-C-S grid
- Protect all single-phase consumers (max. 63 A final fuse
- Adjustable switching times between backup power and parallel grid operation
Easy installation
- DIN rail mounting in the meter cabinet
