The models PQA823 and PQA824 are an innovative solution for all professional technical measurement tasks regarding network and power analysis.
Nine isolated measurement channels (5 x voltage & 4 x current) allow simultaneous measurement of phase and neutral conductor voltages and currents. The wide range of applications extends from the acquisition, display and recording of network parameters to the registration and analysis of power and energy consumption. Up to 251 measurement parameters can be recorded simultaneously. Depending on the selected measuring interval (from 1 sec to 60 min), recordings of up to more than one year are possible.
The models equipped with Windows CE have a large TFT graphic colour display (320 x 240 px) with touch screen function. The user interface is clearly structured with icons, allowing easy and intuitive selection of any internal parameter. For each model, the parameters can be displayed numerically and graphically for both general and harmonic analysis. The graphic function "Vector Diagram" allows, among other things, the immediate evaluation of the mutual phase shift between the incoming voltage and current signals, thus defining the type of loads. The measurement memory of about 15 MB allows the data of each recording to be backed up for many days (about 3 months with 251 selected quantities and 15 minutes integration period), but can be expanded at any time with external Compact Flash and transferred to the USB stick, making the management of the stored data much easier.
