We recommend the use of Tigo optimizers only from string lengths of 7 modules. It should also be taken into account that when concluding several roof sides with different orientations in a string, each roof side should be occupied with at least 7 modules. It is also important that you can normally only equip the shaded modules with a Tigo optimizer. This does not apply if 2 strings are connected in parallel to an MPPT input of the connected inverter. In this case, all modules must be equipped with a Tigo optimizer. The use of the Tigo Cloud Connect Set is not mandatory, but is highly recommended due to the Tigos' ability to learn via the Cloud Connect module.
