Shipping Calculator and Delivery Times
To determine the shipping costs for your order, please add the desired items to your shopping cart and then click on View Shopping Cart. The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart summary.
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods delivered domestically (Germany) will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days for parcel shipments and 5 – 7 working days for freight shipments, and for international deliveries within 5 – 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment input).
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a combined shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
Parcel deliveries are carried out as standard by DPD. Freight forwarder deliveries (shipments >31.5 kg, bulky goods, long goods) are carried out as standard by DACHSER.
Please note that there is no shipping or delivery on Sundays and public holidays2).
Delivery Delays: For freight forwarding deliveries, a delivery date will be arranged electronically with you by our transport partner. The delivery date must be selected as soon as possible. If delivery is postponed at your request beyond 3 working days, additional costs may arise, which we will charge to you.

Self-Collection in 34225, Baunatal
Collection is only possible for items in stock and after prior order placement. Please check in advance whether your desired item is currently in stock and marked as "Collection possible: Baunatal".
After you have received a collection notification from us, you can pick up your order Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM and 02:00 PM – 03:30 PM.
We are not a retail store: Please note that we are an online specialized retailer without a traditional retail store. Orders must first be placed in advance via our online shop or by email. We do not accept orders on site.
Orders Exceeding 2,500 kg Total Weight
If the total shipping weight of your order exceeds 2,500 kg, standard groupage/piece goods delivery is no longer possible. In this case, a direct transport via freight forwarder to your location is required. We would be pleased to request a daily freight rate from our transport partners for you. Please contact us via email for this purpose.
Shipping information for bulky goods:
Items marked "bulky goods" cannot be sent as parcels and will be shipped by freight forwarder regardless of weight. Our transport partners for freight forwarding shipments are DACHSER, DSV, and DB Schenker.
Shipping information for long goods:
For items with a side length of more than 1.2 meters, we charge a long goods surcharge of €55. Furthermore, items with the shipping note "Long goods" are always shipped by a freight forwarder, i.e., shipping costs of at least 100 kg plus a long goods surcharge apply.
