Dispatch conditions
The products are delivered all over the world, but the online shop provide only the following countries, only: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Finland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Greece and Romania.
Dispatch shall not be made to the German Islands.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of receipt of payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
