Dispatch conditions
The products are delivered all over the world, but the online shop provide only the following countries, only: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Finland, Estonia, Bulgaria, Greece and Romania.
Dispatch shall not be made to the German Islands.
Dispatch shall not be made to the following foreign islands: all
Shipping note bulky good: Items with the shipping note"bulky goods", will be shipped by freight forwarder regardless of weight.
Shipping note long good: For articles with a side length of more than 1.2 meters, we charge a long good surcharge in the amount of 55, - €. Furthermore, items with the shipping note "long good", are generally shipped by freight forwarding, i.e. there are minimum shipping costs up to 100 kg plus long good surcharge.

Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of receipt of payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
