Shipping costs und delivery periods

To calculate the shipping costs for your order, please add the desired items to your shopping cart and then click on View Cart. The shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart summary.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods (within Germany) shall be made within 2 - 3 working days for parcel shipments and 3 - 5 working days for freight shipments, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of receipt of payment). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Delivery delays: For freight deliveries, a delivery date will be electronically arranged with you by our transport partner. The delivery date should be scheduled as soon as possible. If delivery is postponed beyond 3 working days at your request, additional costs may apply, which we will charge to you.

Self-Collection in 34225 Baunatal, Germany

Pick-up is only available upon prior order for items currently in stock. Please check in advance whether your desired item is in stock and marked with "Collection possible: Baunatal".

Once you have received a collection notification from us, you may pick up your order Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM and 02:00 PM - 03:30 PM.

No Retail Storefront: Please note that we are an online specialist retailer and do not operate a traditional physical store. All orders must be placed in advance via our online shop or by email. We cannot accept or process orders on-site.

Delivery Zones

The goods can be delivered worldwide on request, but the online shop is normally limited to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czechia, Denmark, France, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Finland, Estonia, Bulgaria and Romania. The delivery zones, including the applicable shipping costs, are listed in the table below.

Shipments to Greece: Delivery to Greece is currently only possible upon prior request. We will inform you of the shipping costs as part of a quotation.

Shipments to Romania: Shipments exceeding 500 kg or with a goods value of more than EUR 2,000 to Romania are subject to reporting requirements and are only possible with a 16-digit UIT code.

Shipments to Switzerland: We do not offer standardized shipping to Switzerland at this time. However, we are happy to review delivery options for your order individually—please send us a brief inquiry.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is only possible after prior request and review by us.

Please note: For orders intended for self-collection, we kindly ask you not to arrive without having placed an order in advance and without receiving confirmation that your goods are ready for pickup. After you place your order, it will be prepared in our warehouse. We will then notify you by email (or phone) once your order is ready for collection.
