General information
You can reach us by telephone from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Please note: For orders of items marked with “Ask for delivery time,” you will be notified of the delivery time by us after placing your order, as these items are not in stock and the delivery time cannot be clearly specified at the time of ordering.
Alternatively, you can write us an e-mail and ask for the delivery time.
Shipping & Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 2 - 5 working days for deliveries within germany after receipt of payment for deliveries abroad. The delivery time for international shipments is approximately 2-7 business days.
For items shipped from our distribution center, delivery time is approximately 2 weeks after receipt of payment. Please note the delivery time specified directly in the item description.
Please note that parcel shipments are usually delivered faster than deliveries by freight forwarders. If there is a major deviation in the delivery time for your order (e.g. due to the order quantity), we will inform you by email.
The shipping costs of the products depend on various factors. They are calculated automatically during the ordering process and shown separately. You can find all the important information on this in our shipping conditions and also a table with the shipping costs by weight class and delivery zone.
We can check shipping outside the EU on request. Please contact us directly via our contact form.
Depending on the quantity and type of products you order, partial deliveries may be made by several shipping partners with different delivery dates.
Our goods are shipped from Germany.
Orders & Customer Account
Yes, it is possible to place an order in our store as a guest without a customer account. To order as a guest, you must check the box "Do not create a customer account" in the new customer form.
Alternatively, you can also place your order by e-mail.
No, you do not have to reach a minimum order value to place an order in our store.

Self-Collection
You can order all items for self-collection that are marked "Collection possible: Baunatal" on the product page in our store. Unfortunately, collection is not possible for all items that do not have this marking. These items can only be delivered.
Please make sure that you select the shipping method "Self-Collection" in the order process.
1. Put together your shopping cart from items marked "Pickup possible: Baunatal" and go to the check.
2. Select the payment method prepayment or PayPal QR code (provided the PayPal app is installed and set up) in the order process under "Payment and shipping". When paying in advance, the payment amount must be settled before collection. Please note that we do not offer cash payment.
3. Select "Pickup" under shipping method.
4. Complete your order by clicking on the Buy button.
5. You will then receive an order confirmation by e-mail with further information on the order process and how to collect your order yourself.
We also kindly ask you to always place orders for self-collection via our store or alternatively by e-mail in advance and to refrain from ordering on site.
For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to order a mixed shopping cart with items in stock in Baunatal and items not in stock in Baunatal for self-collection. Only delivery is possible for mixed shopping baskets.
Once we have informed you that your order is ready for collection, you can collect your goods during our collection times from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. To speed up collection, please have your order number ready on site, either printed out or in digital form.

Payment can be made on site using an EC card (debit card, credit card) or the PayPal app. If you are paying a large amount, please check your bank's daily limit in advance. Payment via the PayPal app is made by scanning a QR code (the PayPal app must be installed and set up).
Please note: We cannot offer cash payments. The goods can only be handed over after successful payment.
Please check in advance whether you have a suitable vehicle to be able to load and transport PV modules, for example, without causing damage. A trailer is recommended for larger orders.
Experience has shown that a normal car, SUV, estate car or motorhome is not suitable for this, as the module sizes are now around 1.80 x 1.15 m.
The goods are made available directly ex works (EXW). This means that the transfer of risk also takes place directly at the factory. We are happy to help with loading the goods to a reasonable extent. Please understand that we decide this depending on the situation. For insurance reasons, we do not load motorhomes with PV material.
You may not transport dangerous goods weighing more than 333 kg in your vehicle without a valid ADR certificate (certificate for the transportation of dangerous goods).
These are generally sent by a forwarding agent. However, if you would like to collect them in person, please bring your ADR certificate with you. The transport vehicle must be equipped for the transportation of hazardous goods.
Warranty & Returns
If your product is defective within the statutory warranty period, please contact us using this form. You will receive a reply from us within a short time after sending it with a number for the return of goods (RMA number) and information on how to proceed.

If you wish to return your ordered product within the statutory withdrawal period, please notify us of the return by e-mail to info@mg-solar-shop.de.

Please only send the goods in outer packaging, i.e. not in the unpacked device box. We will check the goods upon receipt and issue you with a credit note after a positive check.
According to our General Terms and Conditions, the return shipment is at your expense.
Payment Options
If the ordered goods are to be delivered, payment is possible via PayPal and prepayment via bank transfer. If you pay in advance by bank transfer, we will grant you a discount of 2% on the gross value of the goods.
When ordering for collection, you can choose between the following payment options:
Prepayment via Bank Transfer (2% Discount)
You transfer the amount in advance. After receipt of payment, we will inform you that your ordered goods are ready for collection.
PayPal QR-Code
You pay for the ordered goods on site via your PayPal app. To do this, scan a QR code on site (an installed and set up PayPal app is required).
EC-Cash
You transfer the amount on site using your debit card. For higher amounts, please check in advance whether your bank has set a daily limit.
The payment by invoice is only possible for B2B customers — subject to a prior credit check — and for authorities or public institutions. You can find more details in our terms of payment.
No, we do not offer the option of paying in cash.
