Shipping & Delivery

The amount of shipping costs of the products depends on various factors. They are calculated automatically in the ordering process and shown separately. In our shipping conditions you will find all important information about this and also a table with the shipping costs according to weight classes and delivery zones.

Our standard delivery time is 2-5 business days after receipt of payment. If there is a greater deviation in the delivery time for your order (e.g. due to the order quantity), we will inform you by e-mail.

Self-collection is possible by prior arrangement. Please simply contact us by phone and arrange a pick-up date. Please note that a self-collection is unfortunately not possible when paying with PayPal. Please also calculate a lead time for logistics of about 2 days for self-collection.

Our pick-up hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm only.

We can check a shipment outside the EU on request. Please contact us directly via our contact form.

Depending on the quantity and the type of your ordered products, there may be a partial delivery by several shipping partners with a different delivery date.
