What are our phone hours?
You can reach us by phone from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM - 4 PM.
Do you also perform assembly and installation of the ordered products?
As a pure online reseller, we are available to advise our customers, but we do not work with assemblers and installers. An assembly and installation of the products ordered in our store is therefore not possible by mg-solar.
When will my desired product be available again?
If a product is currently not available, you have the option to register for our free notification service. To do so, enter your e-mail address directly on the detail page of the product you wish to purchase. Please note our privacy policy.
