My product is defective, what can I do?

Should your product show a defect within the legal warranty, please contact us via this form. After sending, you will receive a reply from us within a short time with a number for the return of goods (RMA number) and information on how to proceed.

What can I do in the event of a defect under the statutory warranty?

Various manufacturers grant a warranty on their products that goes beyond the statutory warranty. You can find the respective warranty conditions for your product directly from the manufacturer.

Please only send the goods in outer packaging, i.e. not in the unpacked device box. We will check the goods on receipt and issue you with a credit note after a positive inspection.

According to our general terms and conditions, the return shipment is at your expense.
