Huawei LUNA2000 – Modular LFP Battery Storage S0 & S1
The Huawei LUNA2000 series is Huawei's modular LFP high-voltage battery storage for homes and small commercial sites — compatible with Huawei SUN2000 inverters of the L1, LB0, M1, MB0, and MAP0 series, monitored and controlled via the Huawei FusionSolar system. In combination with the Huawei SmartGuard or Backup Box, backup power operation is possible — with the MAP0 inverter and SmartGuard even three-phase for the entire house.
This category covers two product generations: the LUNA2000 S0 is the proven entry-level solution with 5 kWh modules, scalable capacity from 5 to 30 kWh, IP65 protection, and a 10-year warranty. The LUNA2000 S1 is the new generation with 5 and 7 kWh modules, expanded capacity of up to 82.8 kWh (depending on inverter), an enhanced 5-level safety concept, IP66 protection, an integrated heating system for -20°C to +55°C, and a 15-year warranty. The S1 additionally supports black start — the system can restart itself after an extended power outage using PV generation alone, without the grid needing to return first.
